Dr. Jackson listens but did not seem very proactive in caring for my health. Because I felt I had to ask for what I felt I needed, I started feeling like I was taking care of myself with a "signoff" from the doc. For almost two years, I only had mandatory visits for prescription refills, which were very difficult to get causing me to run out of important medications for up to a month at a time. This was mainly due to inadequate office response, limited hours of practice, and poor communication between office staff/pharmacy/doctor. I don't feel my concerns about anything were ever relayed to the doctor. They never got that far. Therefore, my reason to fire this service was mainly based on how I was treated by the office, but I also wished the doctor would have spoken to my serious conditions as well and not made me do all the work.

Doc has been in my corner for years now. He's always been there for me. I've always been comfortable enough to tell the truth about my personal situation. Just so you know doc you do make a difference and you do matter.

I was so blessed to have Dr. Jackson overseeing my care during a very difficult time. He helped me physically but more importantly he helped me emotionally and spiritually and encouraged me to go on! I am definitely on the heal and I attribute much of this to Dr. Jackson.
