Very unprofessional clinic. They made us wait for 2 hours and when they final saw us, they did not say anything about making us wait that long. Additionally, staff are very rude. I don't know if there is any customer satisfaction mind in their office

I love Dr. Salem! I've been his patient for close to 7 years. I was basically on my death bed when I first saw him and he didn't let that happen. His patients are his #1 and he definitely knows his stuff! I can't say enough good about Dr. Salem and how professional he is with his work. I would recommend Dr. Salem to anyone. ??

I have been so fortunate to have found Dr. Salem. He has done an exceptional job of managing my pulmonary disease. I have been treated well. He aggressively pursues treatment options. He is a critical care doctor so on a rare occasion, I wait a little longer because he is managing an emergency. I'm fine with that because it also means he is there for me in an emergency. He has kept me well enough to have a normal life for years.

Dr Salem took over 3 months to diagnose my father with lung cancer. After multiple appointments which were not coordinated at all even though he lived out of town, Salem's PA called my dad on the phone to tell him. A week later someone from his office called to set up an appointment. The doctor never did show my dad enough respect to talk to him.

You might want to work on your office staff. They were unprofessional today as we thought we had an appointment with you transferred from your former partner. You had ordered a CT scan for my mother in law. Your staff offered no assistance. They said you would look at her scan and determine if she was "worth your time". The insurance letterbstated you had ordered it. Well I guess we won't me hearing from you. I will certainly spread the word.

I had to wait 1 1\2 hours for him to finally come into the room with no apology for the long wait. His office has canceled two appointments already. One with just a couple of hours notice. Never told me of blood results I took in December.

We waited in the exam room for 45 minutes. When we went into the exam room the doctors were visiting around the nurses desk. Our doctor, Salem, was one of them. Judging by the amount of conversation we overheard during the next 45 minutes, I find it hard to imagine anyone knew how well conversation carries in that office. When the doctor finally came into our room, there was no mention of the long wait time, no appreciation for our patience, in fact, it seemed an inconvenience to see us.

Very poor records keeping. I needed information about my medical condition and what I got was only notes jotted down on one sheet. I was informed by one of his staff that they didn't want to send business away that there was another Dr. which shall remain nameless, was much better at providing the thorough records I needed about my medical condition. That person was correct and did a great service to myself. As for Dr. Salem's medical knowledge, I find no fault.
