Not friendly. Just did not care for her lack of personalityMy phone spam blocker blocked her number TWICE when they call to remind me of an appointment they THEY had made month's earlier..I received a letter stating that she had DROPPED me as a patient because of it!I had seen her more than once before this! It was for the better. I found someone MUCH better who actually cares.

I found Dr Whitley to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues I presented. She enlightened me to other options for my condition. She will definitely be my new PCP provider.

Front office staff was not very friendly. The Medical Assistant was great but Dr. Whitley has as much compassion as a matchstick. Was trying to establish with her to be my new PCP moving to the area and she did not listen nor seem to have much empathy. What happened to doctors that don't treat you like a number?
