I have been taking my daughter here for many years and I just noticed the reviews at this place are very low and mainly because of the front desk. No professionalism whatsoever and they don’t care about their patients. Even though I told them that if my daughter doesn’t get a paper signed today she won’t be able to play her sports all year. I sent her paper by email on Saturday and they could have filled it out first thing in the morning before they got busy, they didn’t and they could care less. I work the medical field too and if I had a patient going through something like this, I would have made sure it was done. That is why my office has 4.9 stars. They make us wait a long time to be seen and we don’t complain but they can’t take 5 minutes to get a form done and signed. Very disappointed and mind you I drive over an hour to bring my daughter here so I don’t switch her Dr. but I guess it’s time for me to move on and find an office that goes above and beyond for their patients.
