Terrible Doctor
She makes mistakes and she wants to stop treating you when she can't figure it out. She should swallow her pride and refer to smarter doctors rather than just suggest Hospice.

Outstanding Oncologist
I first met Dr. Gorrebeeck a little over a year ago. It was a very stressful, scary, unknown time. After the first visit and making treatment plans, she felt like an anchor for my boat in a very stormy sea. She is incredibly caring, empathetic, realistic and a great educator. She's absolutely excellent. At the heart of it, I believe that receiving such excellent care drives me to take the best care of myself as possible. On this journey, I know anything can happen. I can't say I'm ready for anything, but I know I can get through anything with Dr. Gorrebeeck and her team at Texas Oncology. I'm forever grateful for all the kindness and excellent care I have received.

Years of Treatment
I’ve been a patient of Dr. G for many years. In all this time she has been upfront and honest with status and treatment options. The amount of compassion she shows is exemplary. Austin Oncologist
Dr. Gorrebeeck has been my oncologist since I was first diagnosed 4.5 years ago. She always takes time to ask lots of questions and listens carefully to my response. I credit this care and concern for her patients with the success of my treatment. Even after moving back to Dallas I still make the trip to Austin for checkups - wouldn’t consider changing doctors!

Any time anyone I know in Austin has a cancer diagnosis, I recommend TX Oncology, and Dr. Gorrebeeck specifically. I have been with Dr. Gorrebeeck since 2014, and, due to her diligent medical care (and her true caring), I am a fierce example that statistics can be wrong.

I have found Dr. Gorrebeeck to LISTEN to what I have to say. I have found her caring nature and professionalism to be outstanding, and reassuring. We are talking about Cancer. The diagnosis scares all, except fools. Her careful direction, combined with cautious delivery of services has proven a winning combination for me! I'm still here!!!
