No follow up! Told I was lost in the shuffle.
Visited Dr Singer a few times for previously diagnosed psoriasis. While Dr Singer was away, no one could help with neg side effects. Waited til her return and she referred to rheum, but after 9 calls her office never sent referral. Finally, someone returned a call from her office 2 months later saying they were down a person and I was lost in the shuffle. Psoriasis is more severe than just a zit! I liked the Dr, but office staff is inept at best. 9 calls, 2 months later!

Really did not have a good experience with this dermatologist. She was too fast and uncaring and I didn’t get most of my questions answered. Will not be returning

Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and passionate. She takes her time to explain and answer all of my questions very kindly. Dr. Alison Singer is such a great and thoughtful doctor that I have ever seen. I wish I knew her sooner and never waste my time with the other arrogant doctor. I am completely satisfied with her, and her professional and kind staff.

Dr. Singer spent a lot of time explaining my options. I decided to go with her recommendations.Filler and Botox was her choice so she filled my cheeks and lips and did Botox on my frown lines and crows feet. I did not want lips that looked too big and when she finished, my lips were as natural as can be without looking fake. My crows feet and frown lines have softened as the days have gone by. She is by far the most talented dermatologist that I have seen in the past.

I have known Dr. Singer professionally, and as a patient since she began practicing in Dallas. She is compassionate, caring and knowledgable about both dermatology and internal medicine. I feel so comfortable with her that I have referred my adult children and grandchildren, nephews to her as well as professional associates and friends. She has a gentle touch and is conscientious in her decision-making process. Her nurse/assistant, Laura, is pleasant and easy to talk to.
