Wellness exam
During my annual wellness visit I was given a pulmonary function test. I’m 68 years old and have never been given one. A problem with my lungs was detected so I was sent for additional testing and visited my pulmonologist. Have another upcoming visit with my pulmonologist for additional discussion and perhaps more testing. Invaluable wellness exam!

New to MDVIP
Alison is basically a kind and caring person. Add to that her extensive knowledge of health care and I feel very confident that I have the best primary care physician experience that I have ever had in my life. She is so thorough in her investigating my personal health, giving me an extensive list of tests to get like bone density, mammogram, eye appointment, hearing appointment (I now have hearing aids), Cologuard test to see if I need another colonoscopy yet, and then responding to the results of each of these within days with recommendations. I'm in good hands.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR
Dr. Steinmetz has been so thorough and caring! She has even discovered a problem I’ve had for over 2 years and I’m so grateful for her taking the time to understand what health issues I have that previously were not understood. She also remembers from apt to apt what your issues are. Her staff is also sooo nice and caring too! I feel very SAFE with Dr. Steinmetz…..

Semi-private healthcare is the way to go
Short of 'bespoke healthcare', this is probably the best and most affordable care for the majority of Americans. I know people that have died waiting months for simple office visits, tests, and procedures going through regular clinics. Being able to call and get same or next day appointments with a doctor is game changing. Dr. Steinmetz is genuinely concerned about one's health and not just getting people out the door. I would recommend to just about anyone to try it, even if they consider themselves to be healthy already.
