Dr. Rackley has a wonderful bedside manner. She reviewed the results of my bloodwork, explained my risk factors and suggested a supplement that could help. Then I spoke with her about a couple of recent symptoms that had been bothering me. She suggested physical therapy and ran a request through my insurance to be sure it would be covered.

Dr. Rackley is very professional/knowledgeable. She knew details regarding recent care by another doctor when she came in to our appointment and took the time to discuss/explain test results and upcoming testing. She answered all of my questions in a friendly, caring manner.

I was very impressed with Dr. Rackley. I was concerned that her youth might impact our ability to relate to one another (I'm 68 yrs old) but that wasn't the case. She asked all the right questions and responded thoughtfully to my inquiries. It was a very positive and reassuring experience.
