I waited over a half an hour which normally wouldn’t bother me too much, but the room I was in was at least 80 degrees. After taking my coat off I was still profusely sweating which made the time feel even longer. However I don’t appreciate being told to arrive 15 minutes early just to wait a half an hour past my appointment time. I feel that’s disrespectful to my time. The doctor only spent roughly ten minutes with me and barely wrote any notes, was just referred for surgery. Nothing was solved, I felt like I was barely listened to after paying over $100 and waiting 45 minutes. I wasn’t a fan of this visit.

I have gone to Dr. Gupta for over 40 years. He answers my questions and suggests ways to control my gastrointestinal issues.

Dr. Gupta takes time to explain every detail of medical procedures (if necessary) and overall gastrointestinal health care. He provides information in a way that is clear and understandable. I’ve been under his care since becoming quite sick, to now where I’m considerably improved. I trust him to maintain my health and I receive yearly wellness care.

He does not care about your illness. He does not want to cure your sickness. Be prepared to see him and take the medicine he prescribed for a lifetime. A different doctor can cure your GI problem within 3 months.

Dr. Gupta is very friendly and gave an honest opinion. The Orchard Park office was well run and timely. Will definitely recommend him to others and seek him if I need more help in the future.

Dr. Gupta is quiet and unassuming, not arrogant at all. He explained my lab results, said they are not alarming, and advised I follow up in three months, with repeat labs one week before. Office staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
