DR Davis left practice Dec 2023 Too Bad!
Before Dr Davis left he scheduled my next appointment with nurse practitioner Marina Collins. She did not know what the follow-up was supposed to be about. Instead, she assumed it was to manage another drug - which she proceeded to decrease immediately. Different than Dr Davis who was excellent! She didn't know me at all yet assumed she needed to decrease a critical medication! It took an extra appointment just to get a modified script - which she never sent after our initial meeting! Don't trust her - will be looking for e new GP who listens. I miss Dr Davis

Wonderful Nurse Practitioners
I have been coming to this office for 6 years. After moving 3 hours away I continued to attempt to drive to my appointments because Tamar German Nurse Practitioner, was absolutely wonderful. She’s the kind of doctor that gets to know you very well and genuinely cares about her patients. They are very responsive, knowledgeable. I’m no longer a patient bc of my inconsistency in keeping appointments; however, I recommend Dr. Davis’ office to anyone in the area. One receptionist isn’t kind and speaks like she’s above others. Don’t take it to heart, it’s her own issue to talk to someone like that that she doesn’t know and hasn’t walked one day in their shoes. I still highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area especially Mrs. Tamara German. I am sad I have to find a new physician bc there aren’t many like her. Thank you Mrs. German.

Was told that I needed to make an appointment in order to fill my diabetes and high blood pressure medication. When I attempted to do so, the woman in billing came out of the office and rudely told me that they will not treat me , even though I now have insurance to cover my care, until I pay $1400 in full that they sent to collections after 2 missed payments. Then she refused to allow the front desk girl to give me a list of medications so that I could leave the office and go to immediate care to get help. She rudely told me in front of the office staff and my child that "the buck stops with me" and "you can go online and get it from the portal." This is a service that the office routinely has done for me in the past. This office has no problem putting their patients' health in jeopardy and withholds medical care as a means of bill collection. Even though my doctor instructed me to obtain an order for necessary bloodwork from the front desk, the billing czar instructed her to refuse.

I actually saw PAC Kristina Matthews. She and everyone there were very nice and concerned. I felt she did a good job with interviewing, checking me, diagnosising, prescribing and follow up advice. I didn't feel rushed. and would highly recommend.

I am leaving this practice after an awful experience with a PA. I have never seen Dr Davis but the PA I saw treated me like a dog, as someone with the same amount of education as her she spoke down to me, treated me as a drug seeker when I was in fact in severe pain. I ended up in the ER with severe pain and vomiting an hour after leaving the office and she told me that she didn't think the pain was real. The office manager was just as rude. Never will I go there again.

Very disappointing. Extremely rude and unkind staff much more concerned about collecting copay than helping patients.
