I have a chronical nose condition since I was 11 years old. I showed up on time, It was my first visit with Dr. Alphi. He is very personable and professional. He explained my condition in details and he offered a great treatment. Dr was so friendly and replied in a simple manner to all my questions! Such a great guy, I felt so embarrassed calling my doctor "buddy" on the way out of his office thanking him...

He didn't check my ears thoroughly .He said if you hold your nose and blow if nothing comes out then nothings in there. I am still in pain and not my jaw like he suggested.

I had ears problem and after 4 visits in 2018 He could not diagnose the problem and never helped me out! I went to a different Doctor and He almost laughed at his tries to help me out. After one visit I had all my problems disappear. He was only good at charging me and my insurance...

It's not often when you can say your life has changed for the better, but I can put the date on it thanks to Dr Elackattu and his staff. I suffered from horrible polyps for over 20 years. No more ! Hands on, personable, and always laughed at my dumb jokes. I only wish I had gotten in touch with him years ago. Thanks, Doc, Emily, etc !
