Great doctor but you will wait forever
I had a heart procedure scheduled for today, but it was not performed as planned. The hospital informed me that Dr. M would be arriving to carry out the procedure, but unfortunately, the doctor did not show up.Lenox hill NY.C.

Waiting To See the Doctor
He is good, but he doesn’t get to the office until 11 am. Meanwhile I had a 9 am appointment, and I wasn’t able to see him on time because there were 9 people ahead of me that started gathering at 8:30 am without an appointment which the office was willing to take ahead of me! What I want to know is why make appointments if the doctor is going to see patients without one! This should be corrected! I am not going back. I would have stayed in the office all day. That’s not good. The doctor is not doing anything for his patients.

He's a great Dr., only complaint like evryone else is the wait time. I have waited 4 hours and it's usually standing room only or sit outside and hope it's not cold! Staff is nice except one young lady who seems to be having a bad day everytime I go. She definately needs a vacation

Healthcare with a heart in Brooklyn, NY – Jun 25, 2019

The wait time for his patients is absurd. It goes far beyond 2 hours wait. I have waited 6 hours 45 minutes for a 15 minutes follow up visit. I feel so bad for the long waiting time these senior citizens wait there because they feel comfortable speaking their language with the Doctor. My review is not questioning his capabilities as a Doctor but rather those of the Office Management. For those elderly patients, please bring them a snack, lunch or dinner. In addition there is not enough seatin

My grandmother sees him because she trusts him and says he’s very kind, but today I was supposed to pick her up after her appointment and found out that she’s been sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours. She tells me that that’s normally how long she waits. The lady who answers the phone says that’s typical. Clearly he’s overbooking. Who makes an 80 year old woman wait 5 hours? She’s complaining of a headache and it’s becuase she’s 80 and hasn’t eaten. How kind can he be? This is ridiculous!
