Dr Berlot is the smartest/most personable/compassionate doc I have ever had!!!!All of my family members entrust him with our entire lives!!!!He has saved the lives of family members previously and we LOVE HIM--he does it all in the Emergency Room and his office!

He is an excellent doctor. He listens to any issues you have and is very knowledgeable. He has a very good caring and helpful attitude towards patients.

Unfortunately, I am no longer a patient of Dr Berlot. I went to him on more than one occasion for chronic pain. I kept questioning whether it was related to lyme disease since my western blot showed exposure in the past . There are doctors that feel that one 2-3 week dose of Doxycycline wipes out lyme which MAY be true if you saw the tick or a rash! When the disease is left to fester for a YEAR OR MORE, its a completely different story that requires much more comprehensive treatement! We live in a state where lyme is an epidemic yet we have doctors following OUTDATED CDC guidelines and there is no excuse for this! The correct information is out there and there IS MORE COMPREHENSIVE TESTING AVAILABLE ! Dr Berlot saw that a specialist incorrectly branded me with fibromyalgia and ASSUMED that the diagnosis was correct and now I am living wih a chronic condition. I really encourage anyone with suspected lyme to seek out a true lyme specialist, rather than Dr Berlot.

Dr. Berlot is a fine doctor. The problem is, no matter how ill u are, a patient can’t get an appointment with him. 6 out of 6 times- we’ve called for ear ache, cold, flu & so on. The nurse will ask @ 5 or 6 questions- than say “ nothing avail. Go over by Sonic”, (Urgent Care). This time, my son had a severe ear infection. Of course, I called at 9:02 am, nothing avail. I’m never offered the next day. Unsure if others have this problem, but we sure do. They should add another doctor if Dr.Berlot is that busy. (I Always say, please offer to squeeze us in- live close by- nope.) Anyhow it’s very frustrating if a patient can never seem to get in if they are sick.

Excellent doctor who both listens to my concerns and explains a course of treatment with my input. The staff members are also excellent. Lizette is very helpful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Berlot's nurse, Heather is also excellent. She is very kind, knowledgeable and skilled in the ways she performs her procedures. This an excellent office for patient care!!
