He really messed up my husband’s foot.
He was not successful with doing three surgeries on my husband’s foot. He literally gave up on him. He gave him a brace that did not help, and now he is in the worst pain ever.

This Doc has 5 stars for a Reason
This doc oozes ethics. Went with my spouse to get 2 opinions from specialists in Seattle about a severed achilles tendon that he had. Went to UofW specialist that wanted to have him do surgery again (yes, he managed to severe it twice in 4 months) plus 4-6 weeks in a cast on crutches. That guy hardly even looked at his leg. We then saw Dr Ngan. What a breath of fresh air! He FULLY examined my husbands leg and said it felt like it was healing well and should likely only need physical therapy. This is also the way they approach this in Europe, in most cases. It's been a few months and PT is working beautifully. So nice to see a doc that puts his patients welfare first, not their boat payment. Well done Dr Ngan!

Outstanding. From my initial visit with him, thru follow-up testing, surgery, and now in the post op phase, Dr. Ngan would sit and walk me thru the entire process, answering my questions and concerns. His communication abilities are excellent, never once did I feel rushed to limit my questions. I waited 4 years to get this surgery done by the right Podiatrist, I am thrilled with the outcome.

Dr. Ngan did surgeries on both of my Achilles tendons over an 11 month period. I appreciate his conservative approach and his skill as a surgeon. I was in so much pain prior to the two surgeries - I am back to my normal activities again. He is very personable and I knew he cared about me as a patient.
