I’ve been seeing Dr. Cleinman for almost two years. She is consistently professional, personable, and efficient without making me feel rushed. I’ve only once had a mildly negative experience with a staff member but it was during the time when being short staffed due to Covid. She’s very attentive and thoroughly answers my list of questions I bring with me and those that present at the visit.

I’ve been taking my dad to Dr. Cleinman for two years. I feel she has been very helpful for my dad. He was getting sick from the medicine other Doctors prescribed him. Dr. Cleinman was very quick in figuring it out and my dad guickly recovered.

Excellent. Dr. Cleinman possesses the attributes I desire in a physician - open, friendly, well informed and always willing to listen.

Warm, engaging and wise. We have only met once, but she asked all the right questions and provided helpful next steps.

An office for Healthy Aging: they sure do not understand the caregiver nor process of getting a 102-year-old wheel chaired person anywhere; it can be a very difficult task.Dr Cleinman's front office staff is rude, no-empathy & lacks compassion. It was my grandmother's initial visit.The receptionist's first words "you have to reschedule; you needed to be here at 10:30". It was 10:50 & we had 11:00 appointment, completed paperwork in hand. At least greet the client, especially 100+elder. I appreciate time frames, schedules & staying on task. If your business is so administratively boxed you can't allow for mishap & loose the ability to at least acknowledge people & make caring but sound judgment calls to assist clientele, you have lost your humanity. Being kind & 'trying' to understand your patients & their caregivers would benefit us all. Working with people & serving others is a calling. It's not for everybody. Horrible experience! Dr. Cleinman's office staff is rude disrespectful & has no empathy or compassion. To be an office for Healthy Aging, they sure do not understand that getting a 102-year-old person anywhere can be a very difficult task. Not to mention CHI parking garage and getting a wheelchair on ground. I brought my 102-year young grandmother in for an initial visit. The receptionist was awful! She did not speak, never greeted my grandmother; her first words "you have to reschedule; you needed to be here at 10:30". It was 10:50 and we had an 11:00 appointment. I 'specifically' asked Crystal if it was 11:00 (we already had paperwork packet completed)she called to confirm (not return my calls but confirm the appointment) and Repeated it before I hung up. I stated that to her and she denied saying it. All the paperwork was completed and handed to her. Just unabashed rudeness and disrespect in a doctor's office/any office. BUT, this is the same receptionist that wouldn't return our phone calls, ever.

Visits are always very professional, detailed and friendly for both my wife and me.

We had an appointment for 10:30. We arrived at 10:15 and she refused to see us. We were supposed to be there at 10:00 to submit our paper work. We couldn’t control how long it took for us to arrive so couldn’t know we wouldn’t get there at 10:00. The waiting room was empty! Was told that there were patients in the rooms. Yes but the doctor was standing in the hall and not even in with a patient at the time. She actually came to the desk where we were and would not let us in. When I said that was the most ungracious thing I’d ever seen at a doctors office she just waved bye bye as we left the office. I was offered an opportunity to reschedule. Like I would do that. Is the doctors schedule the most important thing to consider? Apparently this one’s is. I do not recommend her unless you can control every aspect of your life so as not to inconvenience the doctor. She doesn’t care about the inconvenience to us that her refusal caused. Whatever happened to grace in this society?

This was a new patient visit. I was referred to Dr. Cleinman by my husband’s doctor. Dr. Cleinman's quick grasp of my health concerns helped me feel completely at ease with her recommendations for future action. I feel that I have found a very competent, caring physician who can help me stay on track for many years to come.

They are all very friendly, but they schedule tests and never call you with results, they don't respond to pharmacy faxes, and if you are sick you can't get an appointment until your regular scheduled date, you just have to go to an urgent care facility

Always listens and spends time with you and gives ideas on what to do.

During my initial consultation I was very much impressed with Dr. Cleinman's knowledge and understanding of the special needs and problems of seniors. I also found her to have a cheerful disposition and great sense of humor - lacking in many doctors!

My mother has been treated by Dr. Cleinman for the past 2-3 years. I find her to be attentive, knowledgeable, caring and focused on treating my mother's condition. She puts my mom at ease upon entering the room, and focuses directly her responses. She very inconspicuously looks to me for conformation of the information. I appreciate that. I would, and have, recommended her to anyone I talk to that is looking to a wonderful physician to take their loved ones to. Great job Dr. Cleinman!

Dr cleinman is interested and eager to help with your health problems. She takes time to listen and evaluate.
