I have been a patient of Dr. Suarez for over 20 years. Before I found him, I saw five other psychiatrists. Dr. Suarez is by far the most caring and professional doctor of them all. He listens well and is objective and kind. He listens to my concerns about treatment and we mutually make decisions about my care. I was self- pay for years and would not change.

After over 10 years of searching for the right doctor for me, I found Dr. Suarez; and I have been a patient of his for over 3 years. He is understanding and has helped me to grow emotionally, socially, and mentally.

Front desk staff is horrible they lie you would think patients is coming for mental stability not for additional stress from the front office staff and Dr Suarez acts very timid never really concerned about the wellbeing of his patients it’s just increase meds and appointments which is just money giving but really no treatment to live a healthy lifestyle.... his office never gave me my medical records and abandon me via a letter in the mail leaving me to report his practice for abandonment

Dr. Suarez has helped me through several phases of the progression of my disease. I love him as a friend and Dr, and hope he never moves. He also have learned is an excellent Diagnostician, if that's the right word - He diagnosed a couple of my phases before my MD did. Always a comfort, Always a pleaseure to visit, Always worth it. The Best psychiatry in the Area. I came to see him the first time 7 years ago. I am so happy with him. He doesnt accept my Insurance , i am selfpay patient and i wont change doctor

I WAS a patient of Dr. Amado Suarez. I went to him for depression. He prescribed a medication that caused me to gain 60lbs in 6 months! I went back to him about the weight gain from the medication and he refused to change my medication or admit that the medication that he put me on was causing the weight gain. He blamed it on birth control pills. He was not very receptive to my concerns &refused to address them. I switched providers immediately & the new Dr. said he was wrong.DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!
