DR Amalie Eid is very professional, she really listens , explains. , she cares about every detail , she performed my Colonoscopy procedure, Dr. Eid and the staff were excellent in preparing me for the procedure, the follow through and detailing the results . Dr. Eid worked closely with me over the past year. She listened to my list of symptoms and helped me fully recover. During visits she would look at her notes, remember my concerns and without fail treated me kindly and respectfully.

Office visits were running late, rescheduling was offered. I waited, once in exam room I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Eid is easy to talk with, has made me feel comfortable with each visit.

Dr. Eid and her staff were excellent. This is obviously not a procedure that anyone looks forward to and she and her staff made the whole process easy. I received several calls prior to the procedure to ensure I understood what I needed to do and answer any questions. The day of the procedure I was checked in, made comfortable and prep’d for the procedure. I felt like everyone was there to help get me through the procedure. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Eid spoke to me before the procedure and came back to check on me post op and provided me with the results. She was very personable and professional. While I still don’t look forward to the procedure, her and her staff are a great team and really helped to reduce the stress of the procedure.

This was my first visit with Dr Eib, and I kind of had a bad thought that she would be like my past gastroenterologists, but I was pleasantly surprised that I got a good feeling by the time I left. I was glad first and foremost that she was a female, because I don't feel comfortable with make Dr's. The visit went very well and she seemed to really understand what I was going through. She was very cordial, very personable and patient and understanding, at least that is what my take with her was. I look forward to her being my Dr and I really hope she can help me out. My procedure went well. Her and her staff were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of my procedure.

Not only is Dr. Eid, one of two partners that founded St. Vincent's Digestive Health, an outstanding diagnostician, she LISTENS to her patients, a rare trait in many doctors. Also her support staff (front desk, scheduler, nurses, assistants, etc.) are uniformly professional and courteous which is something I've learned tends to come from the top down. Though I haven't interacted with her partner, from waiting room discussions of fellow patients, I've heard similar rave reviews. I had an out-patient diagnostic test at the hospital earlier this week and overheard a gaggle of nurses talking about Dr. Eid as they were assuring a new coworker in need of a GI that without exception each would ONLY go to Dr. Eid or her partner for any GI issues. In fact, the overwhelming popularity of St Vincent's Digestive Health is probably their major drawback as they are currently booked months in advance. That said, for me the quality of care was well worth the wait.

She's simply the best Dr I've had consultation with. Knows her job well and very warm personalities.

The staff was excellent on time and expedited by visit the doctor was brief but concise and very decisive overall it was a fantastic experience
