The Doctor with the outstanding personality
I always enjoy my doctor visit to see Dr Berg. She has a very nice personality and talking with her is like talking to a friend; very easy and informative and uncomplicated. My favorite Doctor of all.

Dr. Berg is kind and understanding and really listens. The members of her staff are friendly and competent, and I never have to worry if I need a refill or anything else. I call or send a message through the portal, and they never fail to attend to what I need. The office is always spotless, and they are very careful about wearing masks and checking temperatures as patients enter. I am pretty fussy when it comes to doctors, and I would highly recommend Dr. Berg as a primary physician.

Dr Berg is a compassionate caring and down to earth doctor. She cares about her her patients and their health. She will go out of her way to thoroughly check out every aspect of your health and she is very experienced in her care of her patients, I would recommend Dr Berg to anyone seeking fabulous doctor who cares about her patients . Now her office staff is a whole different ballgame..they are rude unprofessional obnoxious and inexperienced. They do not return calls, call in your prescriptions or give messages to Dr. Berg which is so important. Her referral department also stinks especially the supervisor Kelly. She is unprofessional rude and nasty especially when dealing with patients, she expects the patients to know the procedures of the office and if you don't and question her she will hang up on you. My conclusion is Dr. Berg is wonderful but her staff are a nightmare, if you can bypass this you will have a very caring professional doctor taking care of u and yr health.

I am in agreement with the patient that wrote the review on January 3, 2019. I too am not getting return phone calls regarding the results of a scan. I've left several messages on answering machines and have for 2 days and have yet to receive a call. I even tried calling for an a appointment with the neurologist they recommend a I haven't received a return call to set up an appointment. Obviously I will not be going to that doctor. I'm having serious considerations as staying or leaving this off

Unfortunately I am leaving Dr. Berg's practice as of today. The first year both she and her staff were excellent. Year 2 and Year 3 were disasters. I could never get a call back; medications were not called in to my pharmacy; and most important I cannot get a call back as to the results of a very important scan which I took a few months ago. It is totally a nightmare of an office.

Dr. Berg's office fell short of even my low expectations as a new patient. The office staff, actively lied to me that they were communicating my requests to Dr. Berg -- reasonable requests that had to do with maintenance medications I desperately needed refilled. Not only did I never get the refills, but not one person called to follow up even after repeated messages. I can't say anything about Dr. Berg's skill as a physician but her staff is a disaster you should avoid like the plague.

I’ve left 3 messages on 2 different recorded lines over a week ago to get an update for my medication. I need a prior authorization form sent to Express Scripts before they can refill it. I still have not received a call back. If anyone is listening to the recording, they don’t have the consideration or courtesy of returning my call!!!!! I highly doubt Dr. Berg will see this anyway.

My elderly father has been a patient of Dr. Berg's since she began with Associates. Because I live in another state communication with his doctor is of utmost importance to me. Unfortunately from September 2016 until March 2017 I had called Dr. Berg over 7 times and never received a call back from her. In March I moved my father from Florida to live with me. I would NOT recommend Dr. Berg or her office. They don't care about their patients or their families.

Dr. Berg charged me $100 for a follow up visit to review a skin condition. 1) I did not receive the service that I'm being charged for 2) It was not made clear to me the intent of this follow up (I thought this was to review yearly physical test results). Lack of transparency, bad new patient experience - avoid this doctor and office!

I've never had an experience like this where I can't get an appointment because I have Florida Blue's myBlue HMO plan. According to what Dr Berg's office told me, anyone who has that plan has to set an appointment by leaving a message for someone named Gabby and then she has to call you back to set the appointment. Well, I left a message for Gabby 2 weeks ago and she still hasn't called me back. Terrible setup.

Dr Berg is wonderful but the admin/office staff is the worst. The office is very rude , no one answers or returns calls. Most of my friends and coworkers are now leaving due to dissatisfaction with the office. It's unfortunate because the doctor and her assistant are great. The office staff has gone even more down hill in the last few months, which was hard to do...,,,

Dr. Berg is a doctor who cares for her patients and takes her time to give them the best possible treatment and care. She listens to her patients and does not push medicines she does not feel comfortable with. Her caring nature is what other doctors should aspire to and her staff is also very friendly and helpful. I do not mind driving 30 minutes out of my way for her care. She is a doctor I would highly recommend to anyone.

All is fine in the beginning but when you go to the details its a mess. She says things are ok when they are not and there is total lack of following up, returning phone calls or even referring to a specialist with the proper paperwork so you don't have to go again. They all think talking to you nicely will smooth their incompetence. Also, actually getting someone on the phone is also impossible.
