Dr. Amanda Chism, MD

Dr. Chism has been the primary care provider for both myself and my son since 2014. We in is a blessing to our family. We feel strongly confident in her caring and purposeful dedication to healing her patients and spending as much time and effort, on her part, as is required and then some. She takes on a lot of responsibility in patients like us who she has seen at least 40x since 2014. She has proven extremely competent during severe illnesses for us both. Dr. Chism has referred us, only when necessary, to very good specialists and has comprehensively managed our overall care with excellence. Thank you Dr. Chism you have our sincere gratitude. I wrote this review today because it's coming to the Medicare additional insurance annual deadline, and Dr. Chism's acceptance is a requirement for any medical insurance to be considered.

Me and my family absolutely love Dr. Chism. She's a wonderful doctor. She took on all 3 of children and myself. I love that she takes her time with all my children. My oldest was recently diagnosed with ADHD and she spoke to him to try to help him understand, she made him feel like he was important. She has an excellent bedside manner. And great with children as well as adults. She takes her time, and answer very question and concerns I may have. I am blessed to have Dr. Chasm as our family doc

Dr. Chism answered all questions and explained all meds/tests thoroughly. She was practical and down to earth. In fact, since she has started her practice here, she has become more known to the community which means getting apts. with her now takes much longer. However, once she is in the room with a patient, she takes her time and gives her full attention to that patient. I highly recommend her to patients of all ages.

I am a medical professional myself and trust Dr. Chism with the care of both my children and myself. She alway returns pages promptly, answers all questions and makes sure you are comfortable before ending any conversation. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a new MD.

She precribed me medication which turrned in to epliepsy. She would not listen to about my pain finally after 1 1/2 years she did do the required diagnostiics to find out I have degenrative arthritis. She said and I qoute " I will not precribepain medication before I fin out where the pain is coming from. Year and a half later I got tramadaol and My mdical advocate fouoght to get her to give me one shot of touradol. I know pain kills the immune system,she almost killed me

Dr. Chism combines excellent medical skills with superb people skills. My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate to have her as our primary care physician!

Dr. Chism never rushes when she is with a patient. She is very helpful and thorough when answering questions and/or explaining things. I have already recommended her to many family members.
