I would never recommend her for medical care
Dr. Kull did not address the concerns I came in for and did not conduct a thorough exam. She suggested a supposedly low-risk procedure to block the nerves causing my migraines, but after the procedure, I felt terrible. She had already left the office permanently, leaving me without support. A neurologist later confirmed that the procedure should never have been done and that the nerve block was performed incorrectly. As a result, I was unable to drive for five months, and it caused lasting damage to my vision and sensory system. I would never recommend her for medical care.

Not good. Hard pass. Didn’t listen.
She wasn’t good. Was short with me. I didn’t feel listened to. She made me feel bad for asking her simple questions. I can’t trust someone like this as a surgeon. Can’t recommend.

Dismissed and disappointed
I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Kull. I brought up several issues I have dealt with over the years, and I felt like my concern were quickly dismissed and she only addressed one of them. My appointment last a whole 10 minutes. I would advocate for a different doctor.

Wonderful
Dr. Kull was fantastic with my son's surgery. She took a lot of time answering my questions and I would highly recommend her as a provider.

Uncaring, bad communication & judgmental
I brought my 4 year old to see her for tonsillitis. I was asked if my daughter had sleep apnea for which I replied that I noticed her waking several times in the night coughing. I thought my daughter was choking on saliva in her sleep but was informed that kids don’t do that & she was most likely gasping for air due to sleep apnea. I was told to go home & monitor her for snoring & further signs of sleep apnea. Confusing since she just informed me my child indeed suffered from sleep apnea. I asked a few questions but she never answered any of them & instead rambled on about sickness & kids not wearing masks anymore as if that was my daughter’s problem. She didn’t know my child’s social history or care to ask. Every time I attempted to have my questions answered, neither the nurse or the doctor listened to what I was really asking. I felt like the office didn’t truly care about my kid & only wanted to schedule a procedure & collect their money ASAP. We went elsewhere & were very pleased.

Excellent clinician and a caring human
Excellent communicator, amazing doctor. Bozeman and surrounding areas are lucky to have such a caring and technically proficient ENT added to our community. Really invested in your outcome, is down to earth and has amazing surgical skills. Highly recommend this talented Doc. Excited to be under her care for complicated sinus issues that others couldn’t solve.

Good Intentions But Lacking In Experience
She was very attentive, listened and answered all my questions but thank God someone recommended a different surgeon before I had the surgery performed by Dr. Kull. The surgery she was recommending was so far off from what needed to be done it would of been disastrous. I couldn't imagine going through all the time, money and recovery for the wrong surgical procedure. I think as long as you're not getting surgery, she would be a good doctor to go to.

NOT helpful AT ALL
Went in to seek help for swollen eustachian tube due to allergies that was causing a low hum in my ear that I could hear when things were more quiet. Rather maddening. Dr Kull told me that bc she couldn’t hear it that there’s no way to know for sure it’s there, so “try listening to headphones more and try not to think about it.” During the appt I’d mentioned that I had TMJ and that this low hum wasn’t the high pitched noise from TMJ. There was no further discussion about TMJ during the appt. Later I’d found out that she’d referred me to my own dentist whom I’d already addressed TMJ with years earlier. She’s useless.

Degrading and rude
I sat in her chair on my second visit, basically begging her to help me find relief from chronic sinusitis that I’d been dealing with for 5 months after finishing chemo. She said to me “I know you’re frustrated but I can’t just wave a magic wand and fix this.” To which I left seeing red and found a doctor that did in fact wave a wand and fix it with septoplasty and endoscopic sinus repair. My sinuses were anatomically complex and she was unwilling to help. Her response at that appointment was to get another CT scan done, but no follow through or plan of action. She treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her, and didn’t care to look into my past medical history to understand why I needed this fixed.
