One of the best doctors I've ever had
Dr. Mazza is detail-oriented, compassionate, and takes the time to really understand concerns. She took the time to look through medical history and noticed things that other doctors did not; not trying to put down other doctors, but am pointing out how special this trait is in a primary care physician who probably has a large number of patients. She will give you all of the information you need to better understand your health, and advocate for you if you need it.

I went in for a weird recurring issue with my knee and though I have to continue to see what the cause of the knee pain is, she took great care in examining and trying to diagnosis my problem. She had a wealth of information and agree with all of the reviews here as well but that 1 star reviewing intrigued me so I read it. I did not see 'God Complex' on my visit but she had a lot of information as she also suggested a chance of diet since I had gained some weight (been spending more time spending with my new born than the gym lately :)). She's a doctor and should know quite a bit about health and our bodies more than we do (unless we are also doctors). In any case, excellent doctor.

Dr. Mazza is smart and listens well both as an act of compassion and to arrive at good diagnoses and treatment options. Her care led to getting on top of troubling symptoms my prior PCP had completely dismissed.

Although quite personable at first, Mazza is much to preoccupied with "saving the world" (ie: her own career progress) to pay any real attention to what her patient's actual needs may be. A "God Complex" with not much real life experience is a dangerous thing when your doctor regurgiatates verbatim exactly as she has been told to do without exercising any thought process of her own - although she will wait politely to hear what you have to say before continuing on as if you never uttered a word

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Mazza?
Dr. Mazza was my most favorite doctor that I've ever had. She took the time to listen to all of my issues and look at the bigger picture to solve a health mystery that had been plaguing me for years (unbeknownst to me). Rarely will doctors look beyond just acute symptoms and see the person as a whole, functioning being. I was upset to leave the Kaiser insurance network because I will miss Dr. Mazza's expertise and care dearly.
