Dr. Amanda Melone has helped me tremendously with my mental health struggles with OCD. I am very grateful for her professional help and emotional support. OCD is a very hard, intense mental disorder and it takes a lot of strength to cope with it on a day-to-day basis. Even if OCD isn't the particular struggle someone is facing, I still highly encourage anyone to get help from her! I highly recommmend her!

Wonderful and compassionate psychiatric care
Telehealth
We have been working with Dr. Melone for 2 years with our son who had crippling anxiety at 10 years old. Dr. Melone was so patient and kind as he was too afraid to talk to her at first. Within 3 sessions, he was very comfortable with Dr. Melone. It was a scary situation as parents to not know how to help your child.Dr. Melone does an excellent job of listening to both the child and parents. She is very supportive of the whole family. Dr. Melone's website is easy to use and book appointments.

Doctor Melone is both kind and compassionate. She listens to what you have to say and treats you like a team member in your own treatment plan. She's the only doctor I've ever had that didn't just dictate to me what treatment I would be receiving. She actually told me the benefits and drawbacks of the treatments available for my condition and with that knowledge in mind helped me choose one that was right for me. Whenever I've found that a treatment isn't the right one for me or isn't as effective as it used to be, she works with me to change it. She’s helped me grow tremendously as a person with a combination of medication and therapy and I would recommend her very highly to anyone seeking help for a mental health condition.

I have known Dr. Melone for over 10 years and think she is one of the most caring, hard-working, dedicated, knowledgeable, and best psychiatrists. She is always trying to go above and beyond for her patients, she takes the time to deeply understand people's issues and has developed a lifetime of compassionate experiences that she uses to make others feel heard. You will not go wrong working with Dr. Melone. I trust her and think she will be a great fit for almost anyone.
