Dr Reeves seemed very lacking in knowledge. She did not seem concerned for my health. She did not address my concerns or spend any time explaining.. Office appeared to be dysfunctional. Showed up for scheduled bloodwork and the orders were unavailable so just drew extra tubes of blood. I never did get the test that she had told me I needed. Another time my urine specimen was not processed, but no one bothered to call and tell me. I got an injection at the office and later had a bad reaction. I left several messages on the nurse line and none ever bothered to call me…ever. Their process for scheduling urgent visits is “first three callers to get through in the morning” get to be seen that day.I’ve never heard of this before. Very long wait times…every time.

On each visit I wait anywhere from 10-25 minutes. She’s very informative and passionate so I don’t mind the small wait. It’s patient care, not fast food. Once in the exam room she doesn’t make me feel rushed and gives me her undivided attention.

Dr Reeves is now located in a new practice at Floyd Primary Care. My wait time was little to none. Definitely an improvement!

I took my teenage kids there on 2 visits. Both times we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before being called back. One visit , the Dr. Reeves and a majority of the staff went to lunch and left us sitting in the lobby. My kids missed 3 hours of school for a simple shots visit. So disrespectful of others and their time constraints. I decided after this happened a second time , I was changing to another practice. Went to get copies of my records and they wanted to charge me $60.00. We left!!!

We have been to her office few time and every time she is late for almost 40 mints and last time she kept us in the room for 72mints and came in after that without even saying sorry for wasting your time, she has no respect for the time of other people. I wonder if she has been ever waiting for a doctor to be examined so she will appreciate the feelings of her patients. I am writing this so no one else will suffer from her negligence.
