Blasé attituded missed a serious diagnosis
I went to see her due to very heavy bleeding that was abnormal. She treated me like it wasn't a bit deal, even though I told her it felt like something was wrong. Scheduled a ultrasound for several weeks out and said, 'it's probably menopause.' She mentioned nothing on the bleeding. It got even worse within 48 hours and I wound up in the ER and had an emergency ultrasound. Turns out my uterus was filled with fibroids and my ovaries had Hemorrhagic cycts. The ER got me in the next day to see another OBGYN where I ended up having to have a hystrectomy that was done BEFORE the scheduled ultraound. My bloodwork showed I was severely anemic as well. Dr. Thomas made me feel like a burden and invisible as a middle aged woman. And because of that, she missed a very serious diagnosis.

If you are pregnant, beware that neither Dr. Thomas nor her office will keep up very well with what is going on with it. Also, beware that if she has other plans while you are in labor, she will not check in on you very much until it's time for delivery, and she will not check back with you until she has completed her personal plans. I do not recommend her and would highly recommend you go with another member of her practice, as it's very difficult to change doctors once you commit.

After waiting for an hour and twenty minutes she walks in with no apology and no personality. Pain in breast and only diagnosis is caused from being fat!! Wants a mmagrahm but doesn't have the compassion to realize it can't be done with the pain. Very disappointed.

Dr Thomas is the best doctor I have ever been to. She makes me feel like she really cares and she explains everything so I understand. I needed to be seen and her nurse made sure to get me in that day. I recommend her all my family and friends.

I was very sad to find out that this doctor doesn't take same day appointments even if there is a spot available. I was turned away from making an appointment with Dr. Thomas with an open spot. I have what may be a UTI and I was turned away because Dr. Thomas does not do same day appointments. How can someone turn a patient away if its urgent that they need to be seen? So if you want to have a doctor that can only take you my appointments then this is the right doctor for you.
