I had an appointment last week, and it was very easy to check in on line, and pay. I love Dr Kaur. She takes her time to listen an explains everything to so that its easy to understand. I trust her with my care and the office staff too was very polite. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I did not have to wait in the lobby very long. Dr. Bala was kind and took her time to explain to me in a very clear manner. I trust in her capabilities as my doctor. I read all of her reviews before making my appointment, and I have to say there is a reason she has such high reviews.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Kaur, she was kind and I felt like she truly heard everything I had to say. She quick in wanting to get to the root of problems and walking you through those steps. I’m grateful to be getting back to healthy with her help.

During my initial visit Dr. Kaur took time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed. She also asked questions to further understand my concerns. A colonoscopy and endoscopy was scheduled and I had a great team taking care of me that day. My followup visit was a Telmed call, where Dr. Kaur explained the results of the colonoscopy, recommendations and future appointments. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kaur as she was very patient answering my questions and concerns. Her staff is also great. They pick up the phone. They return calls. They provide requested documents. This seems to be a loss at most offices today, so this was a pleasant addition to the practice.
