I've not had a better experience with a primary doctor. From the first visit he was very thorough not rushed like I've had many doctors do in the past. He created a plan to help work through my health issues and explained to me my options in depth. Impressive really I give y'all 5 stars! Keep up the great work. Office staff friendly and helpful as well :)

I was very pleased with my experience at Family Medical Clinic with Dr. Shrestha and staff. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Doctor was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and staff made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. Great experience, highly recommend this doctor!

Saw at O’Fallon practice. Office/nursing staff incompetent. Office very dirty. Universal precautions/HIPPA regulations not followed. Physician rude and becomes aggressive when questioned. Scary bad.
