We saw Dr. Allen a while back when our regular doctor was unavailable. She was professional and very helpful. She listened to our concerns and was patient with my rowdy 5 year old. My teenager really liked her as well. We would absolutely see her again when our regular doctor is out.

My daughter has a few different medical conditions and Dr. Allen has listened to me for every concern I have ever brought up and has gotten us to a specialist when needed. My daughter's developmental specialist pediatrician has mentioned to me on several occasions how great she thinks her pediatrician is for the fact that she listens to my concerns, never just brushes them off as just me being a first time mom that is over worrying, and seems to know the next step we need to take.

today was our first visit with my child new doctor. for the first time in a really long time i felt safe and happy with a physician. she is very down to eart. my kid spilled water all over the floor and she , herself, actually helped clean it up, she also got my child some water for her cough.. she put my kid on antibiotics and sent her home with breathing treatments , which is so much more than the emergency room did for us

very rude to parents at sick and well visits. does not act like she knows how to be around children, very awkard. ER confirmed that her diagnosis was wrong and medical assistant and dr allen lied about childs state being, current medications and past medical visits. very unprofessional.
