She did NOT listen to me or care about how I felt or what I wanted. Wish I knew about her low reviews before I booked.

After moving to Mansfield from out of state I was hoping Dr. Hyde would be my new primary doctor. I found her to be unprofessional and in need of culture sensitivity training. She mentioned that I did not speak with an accent and apologized for almost for her reaction after I told her my religion. I never returned to her and no one bothered to call with my lab results.

Dr. Hyde was my Dr. for five years until yesterday. I was four minutes late, let me repeat this, four MINUTES late, I had to reschedule. My response was “are you kidding me!” Every office visit I intentionally schedule first in am. Never has Dr. Hyde seen me exactly on time. Usually had to wait at least 10-15 minutes. Now I’m refused treatment because 4 minutes. Dr. Hyde nor her nurse would talk to me. Basically I was told to find another Dr. Left with the staff laughing at me. Humiliating.

I really enjoy Dr. Hyde ,she is wonderful .I referred husband and children to her .They love her too .I think the reason she is booked up is because she is such a great Dr. everyone wants to go and see her .

I have been seeing Dr. Hyde. She’s good doctor. But I was 4 MINUTES late for my appointment today and was asked reschedule. I took time off from work to drive to this appointment and she refused to see me. This is so hypocritical since she made to wait 20 minutes during my last visit. I won’t be going back to her again.

THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS THE ISSUE! Dr. Hyde is a nice. I really liked her, BUT I have CHANGED DOCTORS BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE OFFICE STAFF! The office moved, neither me, nor any of the 3 other patients and families after me knew ANYTHING about the office move. EVERYONE WAS LOST AND UPSET about the lack of notice! But I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT NOT SEEN! I was also the only patient of color there! An hour later they called me, about a past due, year old bill! Repeated issues with office

I was seeing dr hyde for about 2 years. They would say I needed a medication and when my insurance company denied the medication. There was never a follow-up or a new medication. When I asked what was going on I was told by Dr. Hyde that I had to call insurance and figure it out that they don't have time. The office is very unprofessional not friendly at all. You can tell they hate thier jobs. Would never recommend this office.

She was my Dr. for a year. She would run all kind of test then on the follow up visit she wouldn't bring up any of the results. I felt like I was in a drive through every time. My prescriptions we're never called in. Just a waste of my time.

I call when my husband or daughter is sick and am told that she has no opening and I can go to urgent care. The staff is extremely rude. They have no compassion or seem to care about patients. I work in healthcare and it's very disappointing to see an office ran like this with employees that obviously need to find another line of work if they aren't there to help patients. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor... I am

Next exp. Scheduled appt for daughter a month ahead while home for Spring Break. Arrived just prior to 2pm for a 2pm appt and was told that we would have to reschedule. Why? Because we were supposedly told that we needed to arrive 30 mins early as a new patient. Asked for office manager who was rude and told me that they tell every new patient that. Refusing to except the fact that maybe I wasn't told and refused to see my daughter as well. Refuse to waste anymore time trying to see Dr. Hyde.

Dr Hyde when I switched over to ur care from the other doctor I had before u I explained to u how she was rude impatient and wouldn't answer them but now your worse than my other doctor and I made it clear to your receptionist I never wanna see you again

I've had Dr. Hyde as a primary care physician, but lately her services have been terrible. In two years, I have not seen her but her PA. I booked an appointment with her finally a month out and when I was six minutes late to my appointment, they told me I would have to reschedule and the next appointment wouldn't be for another month. I wish her the best, but it is time for me to start looking for a new doctor. She does not care for even the clients she has had for years.
