Got blood work done and the results were poorly and inaccurately explained. Issues of anxiety and depression were shared with Dr. Syed and were dismissed. I was told to find other ways to work out the issues. However, she prescribed anxiety medication but failed to notate my concerns on the report. I do not recommend anyone to this doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Amber Syed for about 4 years now and I'm so glad I found her. Dr Syed *really* listens to her patients, thinks about prescription expenses / coverage, will prescribe you what you ask for & recommend what she thinks might be better. She appreciates informed patients but will also take ample time to explain if you don’t understand.I never feel judged or shamed for my body or my questions. She's very positive and comforting. You can make appointments online & it’s easy to get in at your desire time. She even does basic GYN annuals, so I don’t have to go to a separate doc unless I have something that requires a specialist. Her office staff is super sweet as well.

Nice but please make sure you're not financially taken advantage of if you see her. Dr. Syed had great bedside manner, and it was easy to get in for an appointment for my annual physical. However her staff performed unnecessary tests- including an EKG and full blood panel- that I did not request or feel necessary. I now understand why, and it was the $700+ bill my insurance was hit with. Not at all typical far physical, especially when I am young and had no complaints about my health. DO NOT trust this office with referrals either. Do your own research and insist on it. I was discouraged from going to a stand-alone center for a reproductive health issue and referred to a hospital instead. During my registration I learned they were going to charge me $10,000 for a procedure. I walked out, and I was able to have the same thing done for $500 at a specialist after my own research.
