Doctors are good but the office service is horribl
Doctors take the time to discuss the issues and come up with solutions. The referrals seem to disappear in a black hole and don't get authorized by the insurance company. Multiple phone calls to the office staff with promises to get the referrals finished but they don't happen. I've had to reschedule more than one appointment at the last minute because of the office staff issues.

Too busy and poor communication.
I had to miss an appointment because of an accident on highway 27. I tried calling the office about 20 times to reschedule my appointment. No one ever answered. I left messages to explain what happened. No one ever called me back. They billed me later for a no show fee. I tried to make another appointment and they said I had to pay my no show fee before I can make an appointment.

Dr. Soni and her staff are wonderful. Both my parents and I have been going to see for a little over 2 years now and we all love her. From the front office staff to the Nurses in the back, they are timely for the most part and professional.

This family medical practice let me Ho after two visits because they weren’t going to make money from me! I received the call from Jorge in the business Dept informing me and my HMO agent that I wasn’t worth the time and the office would loose money! I have never heard this from any other firm and I left ten messages for Dr.Soni to call me and she never did. This inept group doesn’t deserve new patients as they don’t practice good patient skills at all. Stay away from these clowns!

Terrible office to work with in regards to your health as there is NO communication between the staff and the doctors and when you call you’re always placed on hold and they close at 4 ever day! I couldn’t believe how inept a company could be until I joined this office as a patient

Long wait times on hold for phone calls. Long time in advance to book an appointment. Doesn’t reply on patient portal in a timely manner (3+ business days). Disappointed because she’s a lovely person and we had good interactions but it is overshadowed by lack of communication. Her portal even states that someone will reply within 48 hours. Again, she’s may be a good doctor (I haven’t had any serious medical conditions to find out), but being unable or unwilling to respond feels like poor patient care to me. I want a medical professional who cares about me and my family.

I question how many of these 5 star reviews are real people. If you check other sites, Soni has a 2.5 star rating as they throw out fake positive reviews. I have been to see her and Dr Maharaja and I can't believe anyone would like them. Just terrible experiences and they both seem to hate their job. Not friendly at all and rushed appointment to make money. The office staff seems overworked with long hold times.

Dr. Soni & Dr Harlow were great, but after a few visits I was pushed off to someone else with the personality of an old wet dishrag. Sorry ma'am you hate your job, career path YOU chose, don't take it out on the patients. No I will NOT be returning to their offices.

Every time I get a bill like that, I call my Insurance co., and they don’t find a record of such bill, hence, biller failing to send it on time, and when they find a record, the billing company sends them that bill with my name instead of with the patient's name. People, the responsible person to make payments for what insurance doesn’t cover, it's not the patient who received treatment at your office, therefore, you must send the bill to the insurance company with the name of the patient. The insurance co., will pay the bill without an issue; they know that the patient is a dependent of the insured, and they have records of all dependents on file. With so many scammers out there “businesses and individuals alike” doing all kinds of tricks to get paid when money is not owed to them, it is fair for an insurance company to deny claims if they don’t look right! Bottom line: I’m tired of putting up with so many mistakes that I’m out of that office! The Doctors are great, the staff sucks

My doctor was Kathryn up until i started discussing that me and my husband want to try agaim after a miscarriage to have another child. Ms. Kathryn wanted to remind me that i wasnt a spring chicken in those exact words. I went home crying to my husband. I never went back. Guess what were we're expecting. I guess this old hen still had a few healthy eggs!

I went to see Dr Soni in December. I was charged a $75 copay when my copay was only supposed to be $25. Then, they didn’t bill the insurance until almost a month later. The insurance paid what they were supposed to. Yet, I have never received my $50 dollars back for the difference in copay overpayment. I called the office and was told everything was o.k, and I didn’t owe any money but I also don’t get any money back. I call that double dipping. Bill the patient and bill the insurance. That among her terrible bedside manner is why I won’t return.

The office and staff are the absolute worst. She rents another doctor’s office when she takes patients in Winter Garden, so she works out of a suitcase. I’ve called there for prescription refills and have had to call back sometimes three days in a row only to find out I need to make an appointment for a refill. She’s nice, but very inefficient. Switched doctors as soon as my plan allowed,

Soni Family Practice Doctors go out of their way to make sure you are taken care personally, especially Doctor Soni who has been our family Doctor for some years now. The only thing bad Family Practice has, "and that can be corrected immediately" is that when you click book appointment to make an appointment, you are given only three choices, 1. Physical Exam 2. Urgent 3. GYN Exam. How about adding a 4th as "General" where we can tell why we are coming to the Doctor instead of just choosing one of the 3 choices and when we get there, the Doctor comes ready to do one of the three choices just to find out that we need something else. Again the Doctors are great, however, the company they chose to book the appointments is not doing them a favor. Switch if, or have them add the 4th option.

Dr. Ambica gets 5 stars for her service to my family, however, the practice gets 0 stars for paying statements only. I get my statements and when I try to pay them online for convenience, I'm asked to put a code. When I look for that code on the spot where the code should be, there is nothing, therefore, I cannot pay online my bills and that is frustrating. Doctor Ambica, get a real and easy way to pay online by invoice number or account number, please. How about a tab that says simply PAY YOUR BILL?

You meet Dr. Soni on your first visit, then never see her again. The staff and the Nurse Practicioner are the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. And I worked for many doctors through my career. The practice is run like a money grubbing business, with no consideration for the patients.

First I'd like to mention that I really liked dr soni when she acted like a caring person back when she had only one office. Now that she has 3 offices last time I saw her she left the room while I was still talking and pouring my heart out about how depressing life was because of my health. She Doesn't care anymore. Then at some point i was at the imaging center and they ask me to call Dr soni to send them a referral and she was gone for the week (on thursday at noon!!) and the PA supposedly co
