Waited over an hour. Dr was hard to understand. Couldn't see the floater I had in my eye and I have to pay another copay to go back and see the other Dr because he wanted me to.

I had a severe case of Shingles that nearly covered the left side of my head.My left eye was so affected that my primary physician said I needed to see a specialist. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr Shifera. He helped me through the long process of recovery and ongoing issues and concerns. Because he is from a different country his accent can be challenging at times but when asked he always repeats whenever needed and makes certain you understand. Also this can be a busy clinic but the staff has always been helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Flaum Institute in Batavia.

This office has the worst patient flow coordination. I have waited, and I am still waiting more than 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Front desk personnel does not seem to care at all. Bad administration and very slow. I would not recommend this practice.
