Dr.Withington is an excellent doctor who I am privileged to know and be under her care. She listens to her patients, she is truly kind, caring and supportive. I st met her in1995. Through the years she was transferred to different places. I was disappointed with other doctors who were treating me. I sort out Dr. Withington and I followed her to whatever facility she was working for. She has helped me immensely with my mental health and provided answers and solutions to my problems.
