Very prompt. Explains treatment plan in easy to understand language and patiently answers questions. Office staff are very friendly and helpful!

Quick, been a patient of Dr Al-Koudari for 4 years. He’s efficient. His office staff has bent over backwards to make sure I’m taken care of. This visit was quicker than normal. Not much change in my condition, it’s stable for now.

Dr Amer is direct and gives you a plan of action. He explains things easily.

Dr. Al-khoudari listens and is patient with his 83 yr old patient. He considers what the patient's complaints are, and ask pertinent questions before giving a reply.

Personal visit was great!

Started off good but over time, quality of care decreased. Forced to send labs to a different lab where I had to pay out of network full price. Office would not take my call and disconnected my patient portal. Poor poor practice.

Today Dr. Al-Khoudari took care of my swollen knee without an appointment. I’m so grateful for his care and fitting me in to his busy day!

Dr listened to my problem, agreed with other doctor’s recommendations and sent me to lab for bloodwork. Very efficientl.

His bedside manner is great, he went into detail when I asked questions. He’s a really good doctor

The doctor answered all the questions I had and added some facts that I didn’t know regarding some of my symptoms. He spent a good amount of time with me which was nice. I feel that the new staff seems to care about the patient.

Excellent Doctor and Patient connection, included but not limited to never talking talking down to patients waits for understanding and followup questions. Dr Khoudari will not dismissing your concerns and never be rude. His Nurses and Admins are short of being wonderful.

It is nice to visit a Dr's office that is running on time or early in the afternoon . Staff professional and attentive. Dr is straightforward honest and has put forth a treatment plan that is working perfectly

Dr. Al-Khoudari doesn't keep you waiting for long periods of time like many doctor's offices. He listens to your symptoms while taking into account the exam and your tests, past & current. I have never found myself wondering if he's read my chart. Which in my opinion shouldn't be something that even has to be said, but unfortunately I've wondered that with doctors before. As a side note, I started seeing Dr. Al-Khoudari after difficulty working with AZ Arthritis & Rheumatology in the past and have been seeing him for over 5 years. Now that he's a member of the group I was a bit afraid, but after talking to him & his staff they have alleviated the stress and I am confident that I will not run into the issues I experienced with the group in the past.
