The best specialist!
Dr. Aiyer is the best specialist I have been treated by, and I've seen many. My only regret is that I wasn't referred to him sooner. He takes the time to explain things, allows patients to ask questions, pays careful attention to detail, leaves detailed notes about visits and treatment plans. Aside from exceptional knowledge and professionalism, he truly treats his patients as people rather than just a diagnosis. He was the 3rd opinion I sought to treat a lifelong foot issue and I'm so glad to have found him. He also has the best bedside manner of any specialist I have ever met. He will even respond to questions at midnight on a Saturday! Not that I ever expect that, but it's what sets him apart from other doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Aiyer since 2019 and in that time he has performed 2 surgeries on me. He has shown me the most kindness of any doctor I have ever met and I have many from University of Miami and other medical practices. His attention to detail and meticulous surgical techniques is unmatched. He has treated me like family and literally held my hand when I was alone in my surgery. This is as good as it gets when it comes to the best medical professionals. He is truly one of a kind. I wanted to thank him for all he has done done for me in some small way and this is my way.
