Dr. Amin Fazeli, MD

Dr. Frazeli carefully explained the procedure and what to expect afterwards. While still carefully focusing on his work, he visited easily with me helping to distract me. He was skilled, friendly, and compassionate, a great combination in a doctor.

I have been favorably impressed by Dr. Fazeli's concern for his patients and the importance he places on keeping them up to date on treatment plans. He always spends time with me discussing the steps he feels should be taken, and values my input in the process. He explains his concerns if/or when treatments do not bring the desired results and is quick to initiate a search for other techniques that may achieve a successful outcome. His staff is kept informed about any modification in treatment he makes so everyone is on the same page. In my particular case, treatment was altered to include a new medication which allowed the number of surgeries to be reduced and he increased the supervision of my overall skin condition.

Did not see this md...saw a pa..whispered outside the office door that I had medicaid Made me put on a gown but made no attempt to examine my psoriasis. Would not prescribe a med that had worked before.. said the ins you have wont work....heres some cream have a nice day. I had to beg for a form to enroll me in a low pay prescription plan...nurse threw it down said sign it...picked it up never said good bye...walked out and left me feeling like a second class citizen.

I had a positive experience with Fazelli years ago. Now the practice only uses Physicians Assistants for regular care. This would be fine, but when I asked to see Dr.Fazelli today, the PA did get him, and he had much less invasive ideas for both my skin, and my 4 month olds skin than his PA. I then called back asking for Dr.Fazelli to take my son and I on as patients and he not only refused but said it “wouldn’t be fair” to transfer our care to another PA in their practice. Dr Fazeli and his staff are truly skilled in their field but the thing that makes them stand our is how kind and thoughtful they are. I brought my 93 year old mother In and he has taken care of all her very severe issues through quarterly visits and a thorough plan. He has changed her quality of life and cannot be thanked enough.

My experience with this dermatology office was absolutely horrendous. The woman who saw me sat down ten feet away from me. She asked me a grand total of ZERO questions about my skin, my history, or any allergies. She didn't get any closer to me, stayed about 10 feet away the whole time. She tossed two prescriptions at me with no explanation of how to use them, and sent me on my way. I was with her a grand total of three minutes. Absolutely terrible.
