When my PCP of 40 years suddenly passed, I felt stranded in the Sea of Healthcare. I called a dear friend, a PA-C, for a referral of a new Doc and without hesitation said, 'Dr. Alizadeh.' I am so happy that I took that advice! Dr. Alizadeh & FNP-C Shoi-Parker are personable, caring, efficient and thorough. I feel fortunate to be a patient in their Practice. The staff: Wendy, Danielle, Marianna, and Elsie go above & beyond to accommodate and schedule. Highly reccommended.

Dr. Alizadeh has been many doctor for many years and was also my elderly mother's doctor. She very much liked him and was always very comfortable with his demeanor. My experience is that he is a caring individual, very informative and will also let you know when he thinks you are not doing what is expected in maintaining your health. His staff is also a pleasure to work with. I would and do recommend him to anyone needing a very good and friendly doctor.

Dr. Alizadeh and staff are absolutely incredible! He is so thorough and does everything he can to make sure you receive top notch medical care. He is easily accessible and always available for his patients either via phone or in person.

I saw Dr Alizadeh today. As always I found him to be a great listener as well as a good teacher, very informative about my condition as well as good healthy practices in general. He always looks at the total person and offers practical suggestions.

I have no complains about the doctor. But his office staff are ignorants . They don’t care about the patients health. If they say they will call back They will never .They were rude to me on the phone I’m talking about Wendy .She unprofessional.I’ve been removed out of the doctor network Bcz they rely on false info . I’ve never sign a release of my record to other doctor. I wasn’t aware that I’ve been removed out of the system until I got very sick and I tried to make an appointment and than I’ve been told that I’m no longer a patient with them . After I said I wasn’t aware of that and they have to abide my right as a patient. They said they will talk to the doctor and call me back . They are so ignorant that I was in pain and needles. I went to emergency room. My case need my primary doctor to run some test and issue referral to specialist.and i should be in special treatment and it’s serious.I won’t refer this office to anyone who has health issues. Wendy 1?? 4 ur preformance??

I've been a patient of Dr. Alizadeh for about 15 years. He's always been very thorough and knowledgable. He makes sure I have the right amount of testing to keep my health issues in check. I like him! You should go see him.

Dr. Alizadeh has helped myself and my husband in more ways than we can ever thank him for. As for myself (I am not the easiest patient to deal with) he has ALWAYS had my best interests at heart. He has helped me to manage my diabetes and recently when he saw that something was not right with my blood - he once again helped me to help myself and get my health back under control. He explains everything that he feels is going wrong and what should be done to rectify the problem. SUPER DOCTOR!!!
