I visit Dr Cohn regularly. He always examined my eyes very carefully spending large time for examinations, providing treatment suggestions, and fully answering on my questions. State of the art equipment is installed in his office helping him in the treatment process. His assistants are highly qualified. I fill comfortable that nothing will be missed in my eyes treatment suggested by Dr Cohn

Superb doctor! LISTENS well and very responsive even when I had an after hours post surgical concern (which was nothing-I worry). He was recommended by my regular Opthomalogist who doesn’t do cataract surgery. His Livingston office and surgical center were all clean, easy parking and had friendly, helpful staff.

Have suffered multiple eye issues and needed cataract surgery since COVID began. My eye pressure was also becoming difficult to control so an experienced specialist was important. After having to wait so long, I wanted someone who understood my various conditions and had a clear direction for resolving them. Dr Cohen was refreshing in that he listened, explained his approach and possible alternatives if necessary. I am very pleased with the results. It turned out my cataract was very large so the surgery was more complex that anyone predicted. I had fully restored vision the next day. After2 years of deteriorating sight his skillful care made it possible to get back to a more normal and enjoyable life. So for non-routine, complicated cases, he is a good person for a consultation.

My son Jared Thomas came into your office 3/16/21 to have his eye checked out and approved for acceptance into the Air Force. He was told his Blue Cross/Blue Shield wasn't accepted. He traveled an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor to be to told his insurance wasn't acceptable. Dr. Cohen was the surgeon who performed surgery to repair my sons eye a couple years ago. You would think he would be sympathetic enough to see one of his patients years later to assess his progress and current condition whether he had insurance or not. It is a shame that so many people in the world today care only about how they can make money off of people more than caring about the person.

After many years of trying to get my glaucoma under control, I was referred to Dr Cohen and I am so very grateful for that recommendation. Dr. Cohen’s skills and knowledge are not what set him apart from some of the other eye specialists I have seen, it is his passion and commitment to helping his patients save their vision. He is honest, caring and you truly feel the partnership with him as you talk through options, goals and next steps. His staff is equally as caring and you never feel like just a number. That culture flows down from the doctor who respects his staff and in turn, the patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for just about a year. I was fortunate to have been referred to him by my Ophthalmologist to treat me for early-onset Glaucoma. I am a 50-year-old man who, unfortunately, has been plagued with several other medical conditions in addition to the Glaucoma. Dr. Cohen tried treating me first with non-surgical methods; however, they were not successful, before, during, and after surgery, Dr. Cohen was amazing. Dr. Cohen is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors you will ever find, and I have seen my fair share of specialists. Dr. Cohen takes his time; you never feel rushed; he explains and makes sure you are entirely comfortable with everything that Is happening. My case was severe due to my other conditions, but Dr. Cohen never gave up; Dr. Cohen was always there, educating, and calming me. He saved my sight, and I will always be grateful to him. I could not have found a better Dr., no matter how far I traveled!

Dr Cohen is the best! He has been treating my grandmother for almost 8 years. A different glaucoma doctor had a poor outcome and Dr Cohen saved her eye! Now her eye pressure is good and she no longer needs eye drops!

Cohen is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He will spend as much time as needed without any rush to examine the patient, and then - as much time as needed to explain to the situation to the patient and honestly discuss all the alternatives. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. A. Cohen and I have recommended him to everybody.

After having been for years in the care of a probably competent but aloof physician, it was a relief to be in the hands of Dr. Cohen who is clearly concerned about my well being. Dr. Cohen listens and clearly explains the issues and his approach,. I have full trust in his competence.

Dr Cohen speaks softly and honestly, he always asks me if I have any questions. He is incredibly caring.

Dr. Cohen has kept my glaucoma under control with successful surgeries and use of medication. I believe that it is only because of his expertise that I am able to continue to work and live a full life.

Dr Cohen removed 2 cataracts from my eyes in Dec 2016. I had special circumstances due to other health issues and had to be done in hospital. He was wonderful- Caring, efficiant, and went out of his way to be sure all of my concerns and special circumstances were addressed and made sure that the staff was aware of my needs very well. Surgery can be deadly for me as i have anesthesia delay response. He made it easy and comfortable with no issues whatsoever.*****

He took care of grandmother. He was able to offer a minor procedure that helped ease her pain and improve her vision. We saw 2 other doctors in the city who could not help her. He was very compassionate and down to earth. I would recommend him in heartbeat to friends and family.
