I rarely write medical reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this office. I had a referral with the old address on it — the same location where I saw the doctor four years ago. When I called to book, no one mentioned that the office had moved. I even clarified during the call that it had been years since my last visit, yet no updated information was given.On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the original location only to find out they had moved. The staff at the old office was kind enough to call the new location and explain the situation. Despite me being early at the wrong location because of their poor communication, the new office staff was dismissive, kept them on hold for an unreasonably long time, and finally said I needed to get there in 10 minutes — or I’d have to reschedule. I had already taken time off work, and their careless handling completely wasted it.To make it worse, they promised someone would call me to reschedule. It’s now
