Dr. Saha is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for over 20 years and he has taken excellent care of me. Listens to me and takes plenty of time talking and explaining everything to me. His office staff are very professional and take time to answer your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Saha.

Public beware! Saha did my routine colonoscopy, took a sample & sent the sample out of my net work! So now my bill is 3x more! Spoke to Urvi S., who does his billing & she says it’s Mercy Hospital’s fault. Dr. Saha works for Mercy but is not an “Intergrated physican”. DO NOT TRUST this NON-Intergrated Mercy Physican.

Dr. Saha and staff are great. Been under his care a little over year and half now and I am completely satisfied with Dr. Saha ‘s patient care and and the level of caring shown to me every time I spoke with his staff or cane for an appt. Great job everybody and thank you very much for making me better.

I switched doctors while under his care. He would not answer my questions and acted as if I was wasting his time by asking. He wouldn’t listen to my concerns, just jumped to ordering things I did not do. His office staff is deplorable! Especially the purple nurse, acted as though I was a nuisance by being there, was rude and barked at me. The staff was unprofessional and hateful. I need Health CARE providers (doctors, nurses, staff) that at least pretend to CARE about me!

Dr. Saha has been my doctor for 3 years for a couple of issues. The GI doctor I had prior to him could never see me, even when I was in and out of the hospital 4 times in 3 months...just couldn't get me in or get back to me (talk about scary). A nurse at Mercy recommended Dr. Saha, and they got me in right away. I finally felt "taken care of." Ultimately, Dr. Saha performed surgery on me this year and he continues to take good care of me. His staff really are caring and I've had a great experience working with them through everything I've been through. I've seen a lot of negative written about them here, but I think that might be misunderstood perceptions. Though it's every physician's staff's responsibility to put on the best and most caring face as they represent the practice, the care they provide is ultimately what's most important. They have all cared about and for me. I would recommend Dr. Saha to anyone. The fact that a hospital nurse recommended him speaks volumes.

Dr. Saha exhausted all options before resorting to surgery for my 91 year old mother. He explained the risks and difficulties for each option. We had accepted that a colostomy would be the result but once in surgery, he was able to remove the diverticulosis and reconstruct the bowel.

I was nervous and embarrassed I didn’t know what to expect My first visit with Dr.Saha was very professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. I had a Hemmroidictomy. I had a follow up visit and Dr.Saha made sure I was healing and not in any pain. I am so glad I had the procedure and healthier now. I couldn’t have found a more qualified and compassionate Dr. Thank you DR.SAHA

Office staff was horrible most look like they just got out of a state prison not kind at all , didn't see much compassion for the patients . I am sure he is a good surgeon but he did not explain anything about the surgical procedure for me or even tell me about long the healing time would take. It took 6 month for me to heal completely would of been nice to know what to expect ahead of time.

Dr. Saha is so nice! But the office staff and manager are horrible! Tresa is the only compassionate one there! She actually shows care for the patient. Everyone else is always rude and the other patients can hear all of your business. The office is dirty and cluttered. I cannot wait to not have to go back!

Sees to be a knowledgeable and caring dr, but the worst office staff ever. Rude and have even heard them use unprofessional language about the dr, staff and patients. The office area could also use a good cleaning, I get the feeling he is the motel 6 of dr offices..

The clinic visit went smoothly, everyone was nice and helpful, and I was able to get my procedure scheduled in a timely fashion. However, I received next to NO information on preop prep NOR postop care. I had to search online for all of the information on what it will feel like postop, recommendations for easing discomfort, as well as recommendations for keeping the area healthy to promote healing. I got NONE of that information from Dr. Saha. I will NOT be recommending Dr. Saha to anyone!

Worst office staff ever! When you call you are put on terminal hold and if you do get the option of leaving a number for a return call, no one calls you back. If you need info from another doctor in the network, you have to track it down anb 'spoon feed' it to them. Finally just cancelled everything and will find another doc.

Dealing with this doctor and his office staff is horrible, horrible, horrible. I would never recommend this doctor to do surgery on anyone.....my loved one still has an open wound from surgery that was performed in December......rude, rude staff also. For every insurance form you need filled out for fmla, or short term disability you have to pay 20.00.....each time.....he gives you no after care.....my loved one will never be the same. Bad experience

I highly recommend Dr. Saha! I was truly blessed that he was on call when I went into Mercy ER with what turned out to be a large abscess on my sigmoid colon. He was determined to try to treat the infection without the major surgery which may be inevitable, and he did! I was in the hospital for a week, and had to go back every day for ten days, but then the CT scan showed the abscess was gone. I still have to take antibiotics for a month and stay on a special diet, but no surgery! Great DR.
