Very rude. My doctor went out of town so a nurse sent my request to him. I was willing to go in if I needed to since my doctor was out and I knew Dr. Patel was not familiar with my history. His response to the request was extremely rude and condescending right off the bat even though I was willing to work with them since my doctor was out. I would stay away from this doctor if I was you. Especially if you are a female and are going to the doctor for female issues.
