The manner in which he treats patients is disgusting. I've never had such a condescending, uncaring doctor visit in my life. He's happy to take your money out of pocket for a visit, which isn't cheap, comes in barely listening to anything you say, and then tells you if you want medicine you can go pay another doctor somewhere else. I'm sorry, I thought you were the specialist that people pay to come to see for a chronic illness? When you ask why he won't provide medicine you need to help get you through the flare of your disease, he becomes even more rude, claims that they never prescribe the medication you ask for (even though it's the only location you visit), and begins to treat you as if you are some kind of drug addict coming in off the street, despite having numerous years of records from visits to their facility, and recent hospital tests. Then he'll be glad to send you to be a test subject for trials of medicines, which he's obviously receiving a kickback from. Worst Doctor.

saw Dr. H in Titusville- it can be difficult to reach the office by phone- wait time may be more than a few minutes, his bedside manner may put you off- HOWEVER, after listening to my history, he recommended both upper and lower GI scopes, pushed a reluctant me. scheduled ASAP-When I awakened from the tests, he was standing there with a surgeon, showed me a pic on his phone of a colon growth, and said "it has to come out, I can tell by looking"- biopsy proved him right -knows his business

I went in on referral from my GP for a specific concern. Hemaidan came in, didn't ask me about the concern, made broad sweeping assumptions, and gave me a condescending canned speech that sounded like he tells it to everyone. He then proceeded to recommend that I get a gastric balloon, even though I wasn't there for my weight... and I'm an endurance triathlete on a restricted eating plan. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. He also made it pretty clear that this was about the money.

His office is incompetent. They did not send my prescription for a colonoscopy procedure to the proper pharmacy. They neglected to schedule me at the hospital for the procedure at the day I had chosen. I called several times the day before the procedure to find out what time I would be given for the procedure. The hospital revealed that I was not on the schedule for that day!! If I had started the prep before learning of this incredible screw up I would have needlessly gone thru the cleansing!

had fist visit with NP, scheduled endo, showed up for procedure and the doctors office forgot to get authorization from the insurance company which is supposed to happen no less than 24 hours prior to procedure, in my case they were trying to get authorization while i waited all day after going through the prep! I left without the endo, a huge waste of my time and pain going through prep just to set in a waiting room for nothing! this doctors office is fired!!

I recently was diagnosed with Hep C and referred to Dr. Ammar Hemaidan I was instantly upset as I checked into my initial appt was asked if i would be OK with seeing a PA as the MD wasn't available, needless to say I was NOT OK with this. So after getting vitals etc, the PA enters the room asking questions and insisting on scheduling a colonoscopy in stead of addressing the reason I was there for. When I finally got to see the MD he was rude and degrading! Only about money!!! I left in tears!!

Horrible people and horrible Doctors. They don't care about their patients. All they care about is money. I was to have a procedure done today and when I went in this morning to check in after going through all through the ridiculous prep yesterday of cleaning out my intestines I was told I had a large copay. I was not aware of this and no one told me. They looked at be like i was making it up that the person that called to confirm my appointment wouldn't forget to mention a copay! I was turned

I am totally amazed and happy with my treatment at Dr. Hemaidan's practice. This, being my second treatment for Hep C, I was skeptical, but in the end, I am HCV negative. Thank you so much for the excellent care. And , thank you, Willie, for you compassion and kindness, Loretta Davis. 10/18/2016&

No issue with the doctor- however, as a note regarding the intake process. Consider taking patient history using a tablet (iPad or Android tablet). This would eliminate adding personal data on each page and would expedite entry into the system. Using this approach would r4educe the data entry burden on the medical staff.
