Dr. Razzak has been primary care doctor for me as well as my husband for many years. He has always been competent, courteous and professional. He is very diligent about keeping to his schedule and the wait time is not a problem. The office environment is updated and extremely clean, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If he is out of the office, there have always been other professionals to take care of any pressing matters.

Dr. Razzak regularly uses lab work to monitor my health along with a physical exam every six months. I trust his ability to diagnose and treat any conditions I may experience.

Dr. Razzak managed to bring my blood pressure down to ideal levels and to keep it there. At my age, I think that’s a praiseworthy accomplishment. His detailed assessments of my annual lab work and his easy-to-understand explanations and recommendations have also been helpful and reassuring. Dr. Razzak has a delightfully energetic and positive personality. He invariably greets me more like a friend than a patient. I imagine he is equally genial with others but he also knows how to convey medical advice frankly and firmly. Dr. Razzak is clearly the most outstanding of all the primary care physicians I have had during my last several decades in New Jersey, Georgia, Florida and now in Tennessee.

Dr. Razzak was extremely thorough and informative. He took the time to read my chart before my first appointment and had a list of questions to clarify my medical history. He spent an hour with me in his office reviewing my health and any concerns that I might have. I have never had a doctor take that much time with me let alone get to know my medical history. I feel that I got more out of this visit than I have from any doctor over the last 15 years. Thank you Dr. Razzak! Highly recommend!!!!

Unfortunate experience. His staff was very professional, caring and efficient. Dr. Razzak diagnosed my mother's pain and discomfort as 'indigestion'. During a return visit with worsening symptoms, he was rude and dismissive. She was seen by another professional who immediately made the correct diagnosis of cancer.

I am pleased with Dr Razzak’s diagnosis and treatment of my health issues. He explains things clearly and then post a recap of the office visit. He has a creative staff of nurses who are attentive and personable.
