Cannot depend on Dr. Shirman nor his staff when needed. Made multiple calls on a Monday which no one answered so we left voicemails. We were contacted by office staff the next day only to be told that Dr. Shirman will call back when he has time.

He treats me like a person that has needs. I am very satisfied with regarding his knowledge and care treating me, as a patient. Sincerely empathetic, listens and engages me to work together coordinating my care. It has been many years since I have seen a doctor like this. He really cares. Thank you, Dr. Shirman.

It is very difficult to call the office there is quite often no one to answer the phone. The treatment seems professional once I get inside. I need a doctor when I need him and do not know how to contact his office personally even though he publishes his hours of business.
