How to obtain medical records since office closed
Since the McDounough office closed and it appears you are no longer practicing, how can I obtain my medical records? Who can I reach out to Nexus? They have not answered and the phone number disconnects for the McDounough office. Thank you.

Dr. Patel was awesome when I first talked to him. I came to GA for PRP in my back. He was very calming and so easy to talk to. I cannot say enough about his office. I am an injured combat veteran and appreciate the kindness and generosity I have been shown by Dr. Patel and Mic! I highly recommend getting with these guys if you have a need. You will be very happy you did!

I came in for my knee pain, the doctor took his time, explained where the knee issues were stemming from, gave me a comprehensive plan for assuring the best outcome for my knees and the PRP injection was great, very little discomfort and felt almost immediate relief! I also got a pair of great incrediwear knee sleeves! I can't wait for to see the maximum effect of my PRP injections!
