Dr Sethi came highly recommended from my GI, he said she is the best in the field. I had an Endoscopic ultrasound and it was a great experience. She was really nice and it was quick and easy.

Waited 4 hours for procedure. Totally unprofessional. It was really frustrating. Staff were nice but Dr. Sethi does not care whether patients wait or not. She just overbook cases and that’s it. It’s all about money than the welfare of her patients.

I recently saw Dr. Sethi for an examination relating to several gastrointestinal issues. The doctor was extremely helpful and professional and I really was impressed with the manner in which she conducted my examination. Moreover I was very impressed with her entire staff.

I think Dr Sethi is very knowledgeable. She’s a good commutator during a visit but she does not use the patient portal, which is very disappointing because it’s a great way to ask questions. The fact that she doesn’t use the portal creates an even bigger problem because her support staff is apathetic and not responsive. So not using the portal becomes a much bigger deal for the patient because there’s zero communication. I’ve yet to see her administrator be effective in her job. I’m still waiting for results from my last test. It’s unfortunate that ineffective support staff can cast such a negative shadow on the doctor.

I've been treated twice by Dr Sethi and her team and both times the experience was exceptional. Her intervention and excellent clinical skills allowed me to avoid a major surgery. I can't thank her and her team enough for their caring, concern and clinical expertise.

Dr Sehti has zero communication skills. She claims she explained what she did, however I was still under the influence of anesthesia when she did. She is argumentative & nearly impossible to reach. I am not qualified to comment on her surgical skills , however I would never recommend her. She did not inform me to stop taking my blood thinner medications prior to surgery & that alone is reason to avoid her at all costs.

Terrible. After endoscopy procedure, Dr Sethi gave no prescription to pharmacy, very little patient care and respect, staffs were rude. I was unconscious for 5 hrs for simple procedure; and when I woke up, I was very nauseous, lots of pain in throat and stomach, I had back pain. My wrist where IV line was taken out was black and blue for several days. My daughter took photos because image and pain were very bad.

My wife saw Dr. Sethi as a follow-up to her pancreatitis attack. We were very impressed with her professionalism. She took the time to explain all options going forward. She answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. She presented my wife's case in the department's weekly pancreas conference and her NP called us immediately with the recommendation for gallbladder removal. She helped arrange a quick appointment with the surgeon who did the surgery. Dr. Sethi was caring and reassuring.

Met with her twice and found her demeanor to be cold, uncaring and close minded. Prior to my visit, I had ALL CTs and reports sent to her and she had not read them. She set up 2 more tests, but on return visit, didn't have the test results. She told me my pancreas was fine and to try acupuncture and when I asked her if she knew of a specific congenital issue, she encouraged me not to pursue it. I saw a vascular dr. and was diagnosed with the congenital issue. She hadn't heard of it. Shame!

Dr. Sethi was there by my side every step of the way! Not only did she do amazing work through endoscopic surgery to save my body from being ravaged by Pancreatitis, but she was there for me and my family to support us through this most trying time. She is a very professional, intelligent, sincere, sweet and caring person. More so than I can put down in words. I trusted her with my life, and in return I got my life back. I can't thank her enough!

Dr. Sethi has the worst bed side manor. Very rude and unfriendly. My mother had three major surgeries with her, and is still in the same condition, Dr. Sethi made her condition worse. I would never recommend her. She doesnt even deserve one star. Horrible!!
