What a disappointing and costly experience.I had a majoraplasty. There’s a lot of details I want to give but not enough characters allowed. Very long story short, she left too much excess skin. I don’t live close so we emailed. I sent my healed pics. I have in writing that she agreed there was too much left and to come in and discuss doing the surgery again. I also booked my redo surgery date. I get to my appointment for her to tell me she’s not going to do it and surprise! The fix is an entirely different procedure that she wants more money for! Five thousand dollars for a surgery she admitted wasn’t up to par. I had already booked out of my job for a week in preparation of my upcoming procedure. She scurried out of the room quickly after going back on the plan and didn’t show her face again. I realize everyone is in business to get paid, but on a human level you should care. She doesn’t. It’s all dollar signs. They have never tried to make this right in any way.

I saw Dr. Brenner as a teenager after having been seen by the gynecology clinic at Cincinnati Children's for many years and needing to transition to an adult OBGYN. Obviously I have had a history of gynecologic problems since I had been seen by CCHMC in the past for them, and Dr. Brenner immediately dismissed my issues and basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. I left the office in tears thinking that I would live in pain forever. Thankfully, I never went back and instead found a more caring physician who actually searched for the root of my problems and was able to find my diagnosis, and perform surgery to treat it.

I saw Melissa Berg 3 times. Office was friendly. She was only interested in reducing my meds to increase my TSH even though I still had many hypo symptoms. At the second appointment I asked about adding additional T3 to my NDT and was told no one there does that but she would ask Dr Brenner. At the next appointment she obviously didn’t remember me or that she was supposed to look into the additional T3. Still wanted me to lower my meds even more. Very sad since their website says all the right thyroid things but get in the office and they won’t do anything for you.

I was on hormones for 3 yrs. Even after telling the doctor my mother had breast cancer twice, they said it was safe. Sept. 4th. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The hormones had been feeding the cancer. My Oncologist was furious that I was given hormones. I'm not saying this would happened to everyone, but it did happen to me. Be careful taking hormones ladies. I did call to discuss this issue probably about 10 times! Nobody...not one person EVER returned my call!! Never did receive a call from your office. My family doctor is the one who called to tell me I had breast cancer, I never heard one word from your office! My oncologist stated that anybody that has a history of cancer in their family on their mother side should never be given hormones . I’m going to believe my oncologist over you.

I have to give Dr Brenner a great deal of credit. It is often difficult for women to be empowered take total control of their reproductive desires, but Dr Brenner listened to me and allowed me to control my future. It was 2014. I was only 31 years old, and married with no children, when I asked Dr Brenner for a permanent birth control method. I knew at a young age that I never wanted to be pregnant. I knew that if I ever wanted a child, I would adopt. In a world where women are often required to have children before doctors will permanently sterilize them, Dr Brenner was a savior for me. It's been 7 years, and I've never regretted my choice, and I cannot thank her enough for listening to me, ensuring I was informed, and ultimately doing what was best for me. While I cannot say that she will do this for anyone who walks through her door. I do know she will listen to you and she will hear you.

I have seen Dr. Brenner for many years.I love her holistic approach to women's health. I finally scheduled my free facial consultation with Mary Jane. Mary Jane was so informative and helpful.

I truly love this office! From the moment I walk in I feel so welcome. No matter what I am coming into the office for, I am always seen in a quick manner. When I have questions, the staff members always take time out of their day to make sure I am comfortable and that all my questions are answered. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking! You will be in great hands!

Absolutely LOVE this office! From the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, phone staff, and especially the providers! All providers are great, but my girl is nurse practitioner Jennifer Battaglia! She is smart, caring and very thorough! And even Maddie in the lab is awesome! I didn't even bruise and I had 5-6 tubes drawn! Very highly recommend this office for ALL they offer!

I brought my daughter for laser treatment . It was totally disappointing. Very sad to see how my girl suffering after having dark spots under her arms . After 2 weeks they are still very visible . So sad !!! It was even more sad to see they don’t even realize and give any importance to customer satisfaction !

I was referred to the office by a friend and visited for a skin care consultation. The office is very nice and the associates made me feel comfortable. I was provided options to help solve my concerns and did not feel pressured at all, which was refreshing. The office offers a wide array of services.

I was referred by a friend on my first visit I was little scare and over whelmed not sure what to be expecting. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel at ease from the front desk to nurses assistants. The atmosphere is so tranquil.

I have been a patient for several years now. No matter what I ask, there is always an expert in the office to address my concerns. It is very easy to get an appointment without advance notice. The office offers a variety of relevant services for women. I am very pleased with the level of care that I receive every time.

My Dermaplane was excellent! So much so I got a 6 visit package.

Test were run without explaining the reason for test/results. They had VERY poor communication skills and didn't answer any of my questions. Their explanations were not clear and trying to contact them was a challenge. I took time to travel back home from school to make an office visit (where I was over charged), only to find out that my whole reason for the visit could of been handled over the phone, but was not informed of this when I scheduled the appointment. My visits seemed pointless, because they didn't treat my problem. When I changed Dr's and went to pick up my records from them I was told it would take a couple of minutes (which was fine), I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before going back up to ask the receptionist about my papers only to be informed that they had sent them for me even though I didn't select that option. They just assumed it would be better. The staff wasn't the friendliest for a Dr's office. From my experience I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone.

I started going to see the nutritionist Paula at this office back in February. She has been extremely helpful, encouraging, and a true partner in helping me achieve my goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try a weight loss program, switch to keto, go gluten free, etc. She can help you! I looked forward to our weekly sessions.
