Great experience. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Howe was very attentive and listened closely to my medical issues. She recommended a treatment plan that was comprehensive in addressing my diagnosis.

Terrible staff
Our very first visit, the staff was running behind on their morning appointments. They asked us to go get lunch and come back after lunch. Our next visit they did not let us know that the elevator was out in building for the handicapped patient. Our next visit the wanted to collect the Medicare deductible. The patient had a secondary that covered at 100% They turned us away and lost money on the visit.

Dr. Howe was very attentive and interested in learning about my condition. She asked a ton of questions, took notes and listened. She was very clear on next steps and setting a reasonable expectation for treatment! I would recommend Dr. Howe for your neuro care.

Dr. Howe is a great neurologist. I've been seeing her for five years since I randomly started having seizures in 2015. She helped me get them under control and has been beneficial in keeping my medication up to date and making sure the seizures stay gone!

Dr. Howe and her office staff have worked incredibly hard with me and my insurance company to jump through insurance hoops to get me on the proper medication. She has visited me twice via televisit during this pandemic time in order to stay on top of my migraines which are induced by seizure medications. Dr. Howe are her staff are always friendly and supportive.

Very knowledgeable and informed of the latest medical advancements. Dr. Howe listens to my input as a patient and is included in the direction of the suggested treatment. Results have been very effective over many years. Don't go here. I"ve been going there 2 years and my prescription ran out, i thought i still have 3 refills. I called and made an appointment but they couldn't see me for a week and refused to call in enough of my medication to get through until my appointment. i have never had this happen with any Dr. i have gone to. Her assistant was rude and uncaring. I called another Dr. and got in tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

I set the appointment with front desk a month ahead and I was told then that a consultation is $150. But when I arrived at the appointment I was told that the doctor require $450 . At my request to only ask the doctor a question I was told that the doctor does not see me. Everything became embarrassing in the lobby and I had to leave. No surprise she has just one star in reviews in relation with her patience. There is no more honour in medicine? Exemples like her brings shame to noble profesion.

Not very knowledgeable and always is rushed when I see her. I’ve been there 3 times and every time I feel like she’s in a hurry and not listening to my concerns. Office isn’t very medical and everyone, doctor included, are wearing jeans. The app is great to make appointments with, but you have to wonder why a neurologist has so many openings. I’m changing providers.
