Not the nicest
Started off well with Dr Klein (pre-pandemic). Always made sure I asked to be booked with her to ensure my child would have the same, hopefully positive experience, while creating a relationship with their doctor. Lately, Dr Klein seems condescending to put it mildly, and at times, just annoyed by our visits. So much so that she thought she was "repeating" herself, with frustration until she read her notes and realized it was her first time making those recommendations. My child ended up getting diagnosed at the ER after 2 or 3 visits to Dr Klein, during which she had downplayed the symptoms as if they were fabricated and completely missed what the problem was (while my kid was suffering for more than 10 days).

Very unprofessional
Dr klein was rude, uncaring, unprofessional and proceeded to go into the hallway right outside our door and talk badly about me to the nurse. I confronted her about it to which see apologized then left the room came back after talking to nurse again and told me i misheard and that she was speaking of another patient ( as if that was any better). I did not mishear she repeated everything i had said to her to the nurse with a snarky " i dont get what she dont understand" amoung other nasty things. I have never been treated this way by a doctor ever nor has any doctor treated my daughter as if she did not matter.

Dr. Klein is the reason I do not go to this practice. Terrible bedside manner. Did not explain anything. Was abrupt and rude.

We have never met a more uncaring, unempathetic, physician. Dr. Amy Klein did not do a thorough exam, did not ask our child about his symptoms, jumped to a conclusion about the diagnosis ,”You’re lucky we fit you in today.” She was demeaning, we will NEVER return to this practice. She bullied us and did not partner to help the child - she did not communicate with our child. She discussed her family problems and was not focused on an accurate assessment.Do not risk taking your loved one to her

Brief, disinterested, generic responses that sought no clarity from the caller and offered literally no suggestions. Dismissive. Her lack of time spent with him, and her feeble advice after seeing our son later resulted in his inpatient hospitalization
