I had been seeing Dr Freddie Kruger for over a month. What should have been a simple wart removal has turned into a nightmare for the bottom of my toe. First appointment was good. No pain no nothing. 2weeks later I go back for the follow up. She again treated the area. This was a Thursday. By Sunday my toe was so swollen and in so much pain I went to my primary. They put me on antibiotics. I called the office and they didn’t care to see it or want me to be scene earlier than my next appointment. So I waited. Went back at my next appointment. She looked at it and determined not to treat it again. Great. Sent me on my way. Told me that if in 2 weeks come back if not any better. So I called today as I still can’t put any pressure on it and when I do it’s very painful. Her nurse Shirley called me back and said the dr said this that and the other. Didn’t let me speak at all. So I just said I won’t be back went to my dr For X-rays as they think it’s in the bone now. You should beAshamed

Wonderful experience. Extremely patient and thorough. Explained everything to me as we went along. Spent a long time with me too. She was recommended to my be a colleague and I would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kruger botched my double ingrown toenail removal. It took me months to not have pain from the procedure and when i went in after 5 months and both toenails having fallen off, she told me “sometimes the tissue takes a while to recover” A year later I had to have the entire procedure redone. Have since seen another specialist who fixed the issue and I was Healed within 3 weeks. Don’t waste your time or your money on this individual - the ONLY good thing about this doctor is her nurse Shirley.
