Dr. Amy Lo, MD

Dr. Lo is our family PCP, I have 2 children with special needs and she is amazing and takes her time to help them feel comfortable, she's always knowledgeable about new studies and so caring about all our health, I love how much she can be trusted with me and my children's health, with 3 children and myself with multiple health issues she makes sure to stay on top of all test and specialist we need, she also gets back to me right away even calling me after hours because she found a vaccine appointment for me when they first came out and were tough to find because she really cares about me and my family's health. I can't say enough great things about Dr.Lo!

My daughter started seeing Dr. Lo after her pediatrician's office closed. Dr. Lo has been attentive, kind and extremely helpful in caring for my child and her medical issues. Her office is very efficient and wait times have never been too long. I am very glad we found a doctor my daughter is comfortable with and who she can keep in adulthood.

9 February 2020 Good morning, Last Week , Dr. Amy Lo was my doctor who performed an upper and lower. Extensive procedures on me. Dr. Amy Lo. is an MD, who is simply the BEST. Dr. Amy Lo, along with full medical team is the best MEDICINE has to offer. She is a (5) five star gold medal Olympic Champion, using that analogy. Dr. Amy Lo, is in a medical class of physicians that stands at top. An academic Grade of (5) five out of FIVE. Thank you Dr. Amy Lo for your life saving skills, and Allowing people to continue with life's journal. God Bless... J.G. Framingham....

I’ve had to communicate with Dr.Lo on serval occasions for residents who have her as their PCP. Let me just start out by saying that the office rarely calls you back which makes it more difficult for the nurse to have to place multiple calls and the oncall service is atrocious. More importantly when you go get to speak with her she doesn’t respect the opinions or assessments of the nurses calling, never follows up and suggests residents be placed on a nursing home “ if they’re too much for you to care for”. Wow don’t think I spoken to a provider with lesser compassion or concern for her patients. We all take an oath whether you’re a doctor or nurse but clearly some only have the eyes on money not to improve health care or relieve patient suffering. She should be ashamed.

Very Attentive, listens and offers suggestions. Will call and follow up.

My sons pediatrician retired after being with him since my first born who is now 11, I was devastated to have to find a new pediatrician. I am so thankful though to have found Dr. Lo, she is knowledgeable, caring, and kind to both of my sons. I trust her medical judgement and am very happy so far with her caring for my sons!

Worst Dr ever. Went to an appointment, arrived 15 min early. There was an insurance issue. Stayed in office on the phone working with insurance to correct issue. This process took 40 minuets. All resolved for the Dr. Now say I won’t see you, it took to long. Are you kidding me? She knew we were in the office, she knew we were on the phone with insurance. Her appointments are no longer than 15 minuets. I don’t understand why 15 minutes of her time was too much to offer up. Time for a new PCP.

I feel very blessed to have been so lucky to find Dr. Lo when searching for a pediatrician. There have been times I felt like our daughter was her only patient because of her dedication and attentiveness, but of course I know this is not the case; she is simply a wonderful doctor. She is a remarkable physician and person because of her compassion. I respect Dr. Lo because of her knowledge and trust her because of her kindness, and I’m sure her other patients feel the same.

Excellent knowledge, very careing, excellent memory....takes patients during her lunch hour.....great personality, very kind and caring......
